1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all paid transactions for the ECCO service (the "Service") provided by Wrxlabs Co., Ltd (the "Company"). It mirrors Section 7 of our Terms of Service and is provided as a standalone page for ease of access.
2. Subscription Plans (Basic / Pro)
- Within 14 days of payment, you may request a full refund regardless of usage. Submit your refund request from My Page; the full payment amount is refunded to your card and any granted credits are revoked.
- After 14 days from the payment date, refunds are no longer available. Canceling stops auto-renewal on the next billing date; credits already granted remain usable until the end of the current billing period.
- You may cancel anytime from My Page.
3. Prepaid Credits
- Prepaid credits may be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase, regardless of usage. Submit your refund request from My Page or via support@nextplay.run.
- Prepaid credits are valid for 1 year from the top-up date. After 14 days from purchase, refunds are no longer available, and credits remain usable freely within the 1-year validity period. Unused credits automatically expire after 1 year.
4. Trial Credits
Welcome credits granted upon account creation are promotional credits provided without payment, and are therefore non-refundable.
5. Failed Renewal Payments
If a subscription renewal payment fails (card declined, expired, etc.), the subscription transitions to “past_due” and credits already granted in the prior period remain usable.
6. Refund Request Procedure
- Subscription refunds: Within 14 days of payment, request a refund directly from My Page → Subscription → Request Refund.
- Prepaid credit refunds and other inquiries: Email support@nextplay.run with your payment details (order number, payment date).
- Processing time: Refund requests are forwarded to the card issuer within 3 to 5 business days. Actual settlement to your account may take an additional 7 to 14 business days, depending on the card issuer's policy.
